With nearly 35 years of experience in early childhood education, Renee is deeply committed to nurturing children through intentional care, teaching, and environments. She holds a Bachelor’s in Child Development, a Master’s in Education, and certifications in Conscious Discipline and Organizational Leadership with John Maxwell.
Renee has taught, led, and owned Early Learning and School-Age Centers in Midland, Michigan, and continues to run a thriving consulting business focused on leadership development, parent and teacher coaching, staff training, and public speaking.
A devoted wife, mother of five, and grandmother of four, Renee believes strong families are the foundation of healthy communities.

Ansley Grant is an experienced public school educator with over 16 years in teaching, coaching, and school administration. She holds a master’s degree in Education from Portland State University and has certifications in Conscious Discipline and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions. Ansley specializes in supporting families with emotional and behavioral challenges at home and school, including ED, Autism, ODD, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD, and many more.
With a strong background in behavior consulting for both teachers and parents, Ansley draws from her personal and professional expertise—including navigating accommodations for children. She collaborates closely with families and educators, by providing practical evidence-based strategies to keep students thriving and learning in school.
Ansley is passionate about creating supportive environments where children and adults can thrive. She has been married for 12 years and is a proud mother of two.
